The product
ai2excel is being built so analysts can upload a workbook, chat with an agent, and apply formulas, charts, pivots, and cleanup on the live file — with a preview diff and undo. The public site today is the marketing surface and waitlist. The workspace itself is tracked separately.
Who is behind it
The source repository is github.com/miniyarov/ai2excel. Founder, studio, or team identity for the public site is still an owner decision.

Public name of the person, studio, or company that should appear as “built by”. Do not leave this as a GitHub handle if you want paid customers to trust the product.

Where you are based
City and country (and, if you have one, a public office or registered seat). Needed so visitors know who they are dealing with.
Legal entity
Privacy and terms cannot name a data controller or contracting party until this exists. If no entity is formed yet, say so in these fields rather than claiming a jurisdiction you are not registered in.

Registered company name, or sole-trader trading name. Used on /privacy (controller) and /terms (contracting party).

Entity type
e.g. Delaware C-Corp, UK Ltd, EU GmbH, sole trader, or “not yet formed”.
TODO_OWNER:REGISTERED_ADDRESS
Registered address
Official address for legal notices. Do not use a P.O. box placeholder.
TODO_OWNER:REGISTRATION_NUMBER
Registration / tax ID
Company number, EIN, VAT ID, or equivalent — or “none yet”.

Governing law
Real jurisdiction for the terms. Currently /terms does not claim Delaware until this is filled.
